This is a video of Greg Anderson from Dundas Parkside high school running the 3000m at OFSAA 1987 at McMaster University. He set an OFSAA record and I belive it is the Canadian National record for his age. Sean Cleary of Georgetown took the field out fast and spread out. His efforts probably allowed Greg to run the record breaking race. This record still stands today
