For his first trip to OFSAA, Riley Bell is making people sit up and notice.

Central Elgin's elite horizontal jumper goes into the high school provincial track and field championships seeded first in the long jump and second in the triple jump.

Bell isn't an unknown to the athletics community. He's being competing for the St. Thomas Legion Track and Field Club (STL) for several years.

But now is the time for the Grade 12 student to take centre stage at OFSAA.
