Brandon Deslauriers didn't just win two medals at the Ontario Federation of School Athletic Associations track and field championships.

The Napanee District Secondary School student likely also earned a trip to France this past weekend in Sudbury.

"It's going to be awesome," the personable Deslauriers said after classes on Tuesday. "I've pretty much never been outside Ontario, only Montreal."
