Innisdale’s Ocian Archer still making waves

Track and field is all about getting that extra distance.

So it's no surprise that a lot of hard work is involved, too.

For those who have been putting in the hours, it has really paid off.

Last weekend saw a number of successes at the Ontario Federation of School Athletic Association (OFSAA) event in Sudbury, including a number of gold medals and strong team results, with Innisdale Secondary School leading the way.

"It was a really great weekend for us," said Innisdale coach Joe Denes. "As a school, we won the senior girls OFSAA title, which was a really big accomplishment.
